EATL Heathfield Converter Station / Gibbons, AB

The Heathfield Converter Station Project is one part of the great Eastern Alberta Transmission Line (EATL) Project. The station converts 500 kV AC to 500 kV DC and transports it's load south to it's sister converter station Newell, located in Brooks, Alberta.
